Hi everyone! I am excited to announce that our first Knit-Along (KAL) of 2016 begins February 8th. We have a choice between two fabulous sweaters, Helen and Ellen, designed by our design director, Amy Christoffers. These two sweaters are very special - they share almost the same shape, but have unique charts and details. They are both worked from the top down with a hybrid of yoke and raglan shaping. The Helen pullover, from Portfolio Vol.1, was inspired by Bohus knitting and is worked in the round without any seams. Ellen is a cardigan worked back and forth in rows with Fair-Isle inspired color work and is a free pattern. Both sweaters are great projects to give color work a try. Plus, by joining the KAL you can discuss and learn from each other in our Ravelry group. Our A-line skirt with an elastic waistband is fitted through the waist and hips and releases to the hem with cleverly engineered godets.
