Berroco Elba™

Elba, one of our new yarns for Spring and Summer, is a machine washable, 100% cotton tape yarn as soft your favorite t-shirt. The design team and I worked together to create a collection of textured garments with Elba inspired by summer vacations. For us that means balmy, breezy days by the New England coast we know and love, but these garments are perfect to knit and wear no matter where you call home. With its spectacular stitch definition I think this crisp cotton yarn is great for garments but it is also wonderful for home pieces too! Today's free pattern, Sigrid, is a simple texture stitch blanket knit in a bright, cheerful yellow, the perfect color to knit with on a February day here in New England.
