Berroco Corsica is my favorite new yarn from the spring season. Spun with cashmere and cotton, Corsica makes an amazingly soft fabric with beautiful stitch definition, drape, and strength. The alluring palette of soft neutrals comes from dying the cashmere fibers and leaving the cotton natural. The result is a sweet heather with a subtle halo effect from the cashmere. With a finer gauge, this yarn is perfect for both knitting and crochet. The design team and I created a collection of three feminine knitted pieces and four sophisticated crochet patterns styled with a modern, minimal wardrobe. Begin knitting now and you could have your sweater ready as the perfect transition piece for spring!
