Our second mini-collection is here! Get ready to cozy up with Berroco Cotolana.
One of our favorite yarns from last fall, Berroco Cotolana is a great combination of wool, cotton, and just a touch of nylon in a light, worsted-weight yarn. The chainette construction keeps the fabric lightweight and bouncy, perfect for the last days of summer leading into autumn. We've got four brand new patterns in this mini-collection.

First up is Ellery, a simple sweater with artful elements. A deep funnel neck and curved, split hems flow with an easy-to-work texture pattern for a pullover that will surely become your go-to garment. Pair with jeans or slacks or even a skirt and boots—it's the perfect wear-with-everything sweater. Knit this sweater in the new color Lombardy (shown) or in any of the other 15 shades of Berroco Cotolana.

Mavis is a simple cowl worked in our Poplar color, another new one for Fall 2017. Easy garter stitch and purl-knit stitches work together to create a cozy cowl with architectural details.

The coziest of the collection, Carly is a large throw blanket knit with modular squares and two colors of Berroco Cotolana (including the new yellow shade Tamarack). Each square is worked in garter stitch and the stripe sequences are the same—the colors are reversed in different squares to create a chic pattern in this comfy blanket.

Last but not least, Pippa is a sweet rectangular stole worked in a unique textured stitch pattern. The main fabric is worked in one direction, before stitches are picked and worked the opposite direction for a modular, woven appearance. Fringe is added in finishing.

We've got two free patterns for Berroco Cotolana this week! This is Sweetpea, a women's garter-stitch pullover with raglan sleeves.

|
Cotolana also made an appearance in Knitty! The Carrington cardigan uses a simple slip-stitch pattern in a cozy wrap jacket.
