There's no question that Millefiori Light is one of our favorite yarns in our collection. It's the one that was used in the now famous (*ahem*) Broderie scarf and one we love seeing used in various color work designs.
What makes this yarn great is its versatility. Use it all alone in a scarf or as the CC color on a yoked sweater. The soft transition between colors makes it a go-to multi color yarn for all your potential projects.
Crochet has stolen our creative hearts again this week. We love the look that Millefiori Light gives to crochet pieces. Somerville is an intermediate level crochet pullover perfect for those cool summer nights.
On the blog, I did a round up of my favorite basic sweaters. I find I always like to have a good stockinette "mindless" knit on my needles at all times. It's the perfect "release" for me!
I'm also reading The Dutch House by Ann Patchet this week. I am really enjoying it so far. The ornateness of the house in the novel also makes me think of the show on Netflix called Locke & Key. Have you watched that yet?
