News from LANGYARNS!

LANGYARNS is celebrating their 150th anniversary this year! Through six generations, LANGYARNS has delivered gorgeous quality yarns for handknitting. They continue to bring us yarns that are pleasant to work with and patterns that are a joy to make. Here are a few of their new spring/summer pattern line-up, featuring new yarns and returning favorites. Find more of their newest pattern PDFs on their website and through Ravelry.

Openwork Tee 243-28 knit in Lang Arien (100% cotton)

LANGYARNS has exceptional yarns for spring and summer, with cotton and cotton blends taking center stage. Arien is a 100% cotton tape yarn with tonal color variations that add depth and dimension to the fabric. This bulky weight yarn works up quickly at a gauge of 3 stitches to the inch.

Poncho sweater 243–49 knit in Lang Fiora (42% cotton, 42% acrylic, 16% nylon)

LANGYARNS Fiora (not to be confused with Berroco Fiora) is a blend of cotton and synthetic fibers in long-color repeats. The poncho sweater shown above demonstrates how beautifully each bit of color flows together in this yarn. Fiora is currently available in 8 shades.

Cardigan 242-02 knit in Lang Sol Degradé (100% cotton)

A perennial favorite, Sol Degradé is a whisper-soft cotton tape yarn that comes in a variety of long-color repeat shades. Currently, Sol Degradé is available in 27 variations ranging from soft neutrals to bright and bold power colors, with three new shades for this year.
