Berroco's Spring '08 Reader's FavoritesToday as I write this KnitBits, the weather in Providence is absolutely perfect. It is 70 degrees in the sun and a little cooler in the shade. Spring's a little late getting started but nevertheless it is here and I am very happy. Although we have been showing you our spring collection since January and your favorite yarn purveyor has had our yarns and patterns in their stores for months, we can now tell you with some certainty which ones were your favorites. The first printing of Norah Gaughan Volume 2 sold out and we reprinted it. Fans from all over the world have let us know that hers are among the most popular and most frequently knitted garments in our collection. Revisiting Norah Gaughan Volume 2, we can certainly see why. Flow, knit in Seduce™. is a flirty tank that every woman can incorporate into her warm weather wardrobe. Pleat, another tank top done this time in Linen Jeans™, also has Norah's signature figure-friendly fit. The fans of Norah's plain geometry delighted in her use of a part hexagon as a peplum in Ellis in Suede and Currer in Love it™. For shrug aficionados, a true favorite was Veil, in Seduce. On the runway at the needlework trade show, there was nothing like the impact of the faux twinset, Loop in Seduce, that transformed into a single, elongated long tank top. Imagine the audience's delight. If you want to have your finger on the pulse (so to speak) of our website stats, you can view the top ten weekly favorites under "Quick Links" on our home page. From there you can choose to view the Top Ten Free Patterns or Top Ten Booklet Patterns. Enjoy,
